Journey

Martian Sky Industries, founded in January 2020 by Doug Marsh—a former Made In Space, Inc. engineer—emerged from a snowy Cleveland day when Marsh chose to build a space company at home. Initially focused on space manufacturing, it pivoted to address a critical gap in computer vision, developing the first software to characterize unknown space objects autonomously.

Pre-revenue with a working MVP with SpaceWERX Phase II funding, SDA TAP Lab Cohort 6 & 7 selections, and 1 nonprovisional patent (2 provisional, 2 pending). Currently raising $3M to validate tech via 3-5 spaceflights in 2025-2026.
