Evaluation is based determined by operating status:

➝ Running Minimum Viable Experiments (research and/or early designs)

➝ Getting Fit (early validation or pilots)

➝ Proving Fits (repeat customers, early revenue)

➝ Growth Scaling (capacity, hiring, capital)

Different stages mean different expectations and exposure.
